Right before our endowment game against Pleasant Grove we had a VERY special visitor to our practice! If you know football then you know that guy pictured above with these cute team managers & Brianne is Brett Farve!!!! YUP BRETT FARVE!! One of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game!
He was in town working on a new project with a pharmaceutical company and made time to come over to meet our team and speak to them. One of our coaches (who is an attorney) was working with that company and asked if he could make time to come over.
Brianne and I ran by a local sports store to buy a football for him to sign and Brianne also grabbed a softball for him to sign as well- which he said was a first! He took about 15 minutes and spoke to the team and let them ask him questions. His advice was awesome! His best advice was to enjoy what you have NOW! What a wonderful man and great example to our boys! It was wonderful to meet him!
I LOVED this picture! Our team photographer got it and it even made it into our teams media guide! Brianne is one lucky girl because her brothers didn't even get a picture with him! But they did get to hear what he had to say- and that's pretty darn amazing! :)
