Heading down to this game was tough- it was on this field last year that Alta lost in the playoffs. It was Carter's last time playing football- even Brianne said something about it!
You'd never know that though by looking at him! He was focused on THIS game and helping these boys!
At the Lone Peak game Will found himself on both sides of the ball again- at Center and Defensive line. As center he did really well! Not ONE bad snap! This Lone Peak team was good and we knew we'd have a tough time beating them.
With each game Carter was loving coaching even more. He would come home with stories about the things the coaches would say etc! And he LOVED going to the varsity meals and games as well since he played with most of those guys last year.
Will had another awesome game! Including this tackle which was his best up to that point! We are so impressed with his stamina! He was in nearly that entire game again and was still doing a great job! it's hard to maintain that kind of work for that amount of time! It's awesome!
I nearly cried when I got this picture! You can tell from Carter's face how proud he is of his brother! They have such a neat relationship! They love to bug each other and tease and wrestle but when it comes down to it- they REALLY love each other too! It's awesome!
